Cancellation Policy
At Nottingham Physio, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to both our therapists and other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be classed as a no-show, and the full appointment fee will still be charged.
- This policy allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer appointments to those on our waiting list.
Unpaid Appointments & No-Shows
- If you have not yet paid for your appointment and cancel late or do not show up, you will be required to pay the full fee before booking any future sessions.
- Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in pre-payment being required for all future bookings.
